HOME MADE KINDER BUENO Directions: Fill the cavities of the mold with melted chocolate. Turn the mold over a bowl and let the excess chocolate run out of the cavities, leaving a thin coat of chocolate. Turn the mold upright and scrape off the excess across the surface of the mold using a pastry scraper or pallet knife. Let the chocolate harden. HOMEMADE PASTA STUFFED WITH HERBS Directions: Place the flour on a board. Make a well in the centre and crack the eggs into it. Slowly mix together with your hands and start kneading until dough becomes smooth and pliable (it will take about 10 minutes) Wrap the dough in cling film and let it rest for at least half an hour before you use it. To fill the pasta with herbs, place SWISS ROLL: PATTERNED SWISS ROLL RECIPE, STEP BY STEP 1. Place the printed pattern you are going to use on a tray. 2. Place paper parchment over it. 3. Pipe following the desing on the pattern under the paper parchment. 4. Decorative paste is ready, take to the freezer for 15 minutes, whilst preparing the swiss roll. 5.DEEP-FRIED BABYBEL
Recipe: Deep-fried Babybel Ingredients 2 pkg Babybel (12 pcs) Pinch of salt and pepper 2 eggs 1 cup bread crumbs. 2 cups (olive) oil for frying Directions Beat the eggs in a bowl Place bread crumbs, salt and pepper in a different bowl Dip the cheese CREAM, CHOCOLATE AND SALTED CARAMEL TART Prepare the chocolate cream. Chop the chocolate. Bring heavy cream to boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Put chocolate into a medium bowl and pour in the hot cream. Let sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour ganache evenly over tart and refrigerate 24 hours . Before serving, prepare the whipped cream. ST JOHN BAKERY DOUGHNUT RECIPE Directions. Place all the ingredients except the butter and oil in the bowl of a mixer fitted with a beater. Mix on medium speed for 6 minutes, then scrape down the sides of the bowl. Mix on medium speed again, adding the butter, 20g at a time, until all is incorporated. Keep mixing for 6-8 minutes, until the dough has come away from thebowl
RAINBOW CUPCAKES
Beat slightly egg white with sugar, and add soft butter. Now pour in buttermilk (milk + lemon juice), and blueberries. Mix until smooth. Add now flour, and stir until combined (the mix will be quite thin) Fill your cupcake molds ½ full, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let coolon a wire rack.
