LAKE REGION ANGLERS ASSOCIATION Tournament Date & Applications. One of the objectives of the Lake Region Anglers Association is to create a spirit of fellowship amongst our membership and one way we try to accomplish this is through the interaction of our members at our fishing Tournaments that are held throughout the summer months. LAKE REGION ANGLERS ASSOCIATION The LRAA Board of Directors meetings will be held during the months of September through May on the 1st Tuesday of each month. The monthly LRAA Board meetings will start at 7:00 PM and be held at the Elks Lodge 1216 @ 425 US Hwy 2 W Devils Lake, ND 58301. LAKE REGION ANGLERS ASSOCIATION History of LRAA. The Lake Region Anglers Association (LRAA) was founded in 1975 through the efforts of a group of local anglers who wanted to establish an organization to enhance the fisheries located with-in the Lake Region and increase the number of angling opportunities available to LAKE REGION ANGLERS ASSOCIATION Lake Region Anglers Association | Devils Lake, ND. By-Laws. By-Laws -- By-Laws are the written rules for the conduct of a corporation, an association, a partnership or any organization. The organization's By-Laws are drafted by a corporation's founders or directors. Unless otherwise provided by law, the organization does not formally exist LAKE REGION ANGLERS ASSOCIATION E: The President is the lead person at all regular, annual, and any special meetings of the corporation.
