STALLING | LADS

update today the car had attempted to stall few times so when the car arrived home from my wife working attemted to get the control valve off and replace with a fresh one from a runner with a new gasket once all tightened down and started car noticed a hissing noise and found that the t piece for the dumpvalve was broken and sucking in air now i wont know if this was the problem to start with

well thats some info!! ok there are no mods as far as iknow but unsure what to look for,we really dont know much about scoobys even though weve had four,anyway we always let the car warm up and leave it 5 mins when we get back to cool down,occasionaly let my foot slip on the accelerator .doesnt get thrashed and has been very well looked after.thanks for taking the time on this. CLASSIC DIAGNOSTIC PLUGS hi is this the only way to pull the codes from the ecu as I am lead to believe even though I have a year 2000 Impreza with the diagnostic plug diagnostic machines won't connect, I have plugged the black connectors together and my check light flashes showing codes but I

I have a sports cat down pipe fitted and today I fitted a decat up pipe without the exhaust gas temp sensor. I have a fault for the rear O2 sensor and for the EGT sensor being missing. INDUCTION KIT /STANDARD AIR INTAKE I had a Powertec induction kit fitted to my Classic Sport and only marginally lower mpg. The main things you have to worry about are the car running lean = too much air, and what type of induction kit is it, if it's an oiled one they tend to knacker the MAF sensor over time

UPDATE IN MISFIRE

hi guys thanks to all for your help so far but more needed idle control valve was cleaned just before the Y pipe blew off (as a week or 2 earlier it cut out and engine check flashed up / fault code 24 popped up also it began to cut out under braking approaching traffic lights 4 or 5 times after the initial prob surfaced ) thats why it blew off as i didnt tighten the hose clip enough as had to CAN I DO ANYTING TO SUBARU?? I had a sport and fitted a Powertec induction kit (beware as I have since found out sucking lots more air in without having fuelling tweaked/re-map will result in running lean which over time will damage engine! :roll: ) So better with a good quality filter like K&N or

Apexi etc.

Kwick fit have the latest computer 4 wheel alignment set up only costs about £60ish to, I paid £120 for it doing somewhere fancy lol and it was crap ended up getting my money back and kwick fit sorted it out half price, fully recommend it pal, not the laser!! Well its not fact then is it :lol: , dont make inflated claims just to bring business your way :wink: . Both are respected mappers and thats point here, not saying whos number 1. CLASSIC RUNS LUMPY WHEN WARM hi my turbo 2000 runs abit lumpy when warm, from cold it's fine, the idle is ok it doesn't bounce or owt like that it's when I set off it like hesitates up to 2k rpm then pulls like a train, I have unplugged the maf and the check light comes on and runs like a bag of shite if you plug it back in the car stalls, so I think the maf is ok, looking at my 02 sensor the plug is full of oil I think

I have first hand experience with my last scoob. Its never a nice thing as it causes a lot of stress and as you said financial hardship but these things happen. In between the house (bungalow) roof and the glass roof there is an aluminium box gutter installed. My question relates to the exits of the aluminium box gutter. It feeds into a plastic end piece that sits inside the aluminium. This means that by default the outer sections of the gutter
