About Our Routed Buses. Kitsap Transit routed buses serve Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Kingston, Suquamish, Silverdale, Bremerton and Port Orchard. They travel a set schedule and route at regular intervals on the days they operate. Routed buses are designed to connect to each other, the Kitsap Transit Local Foot Ferries, Kitsap Fast Ferries, and ACCESS | KITSAP TRANSIT About ACCESS. Kitsap Transit ACCESS buses provide transportation for seniors and people with disabilities who are unable to use Kitsap Transit regular routed buses some or all of the time.It is a shared ride paratransit service within Kitsap County, in compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act. The service is open to qualified riders and eligible visitors. FAST FERRY - KITSAP TRANSIT Items left aboard the Bremerton vessels will be taken to Kitsap Transit’s Customer Service office after a.m. sailings. Kitsap Transit’s Customer Service Office is located at 10 Washington Avenue inside the Bremerton Transportation Center building. Annapolis. Kitsap Transit offers paid parking at the Annapolis Ferry Dock. The parking fee of $5.00 is payable daily, Monday through Friday.
