KITCHEN TRIALS

Now, I'm a stay at home mom of three little kids who loves cooking great tasting meals at home. BBQ STYLE BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS Step one is to put everything in a bowl. The boneless, skinless chicken thighs (this package had nine). Enough bbq sauce to give them a medium coat after tossing, a squirt of honey, and some salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley, and garlic salt. Use a ULTIMATE MACARONI SALAD Instructions. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the macaroni. Boil for 8 - 10 minutes, until tender, but not super soft. Drain, rinse with cool running water to stop the cooking, and set aside. In a very large bowl, whisk together the red onion, celery, relish, miracle whip, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, andpaprika.
CALAMARI WITH HOT PEPPERS Place onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with paper towel and cover with additional paper towel. Place in fridge for 1 hour to dry. Preheat your oil to 365ºF. In a large bowl, mix together the ingredients for the breading (cornstarch, flour, cornmeal, salt, and pepper) and set aside. Pour the buttermilk into a medium bowl. GLAZED ROAST PEAMEAL BACON, GARLIC MASHED POTATOES AND Directions: 1. Place potato chunks into a large pout and cover with water. 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until fork tender, about 10 minutes. 3. Drain the potatoes in a colander. 4. Use a potato ricer with fine holes, and rice the potatoes back into the pot (not over any heat). THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY BREAD And holy shit, on the first try, I nailed it – the perfect Cheesecake Factory bread! Usually, this would take me a dozen attempts, but something was on my side during my googling, and for the first time I guesstimated all the right changes from the existing recipes, reviews, and descriptions I found. Add the patties and cook until well browned and a nice crust has formed, about 5 CAYENNE PEPPER HOT SAUCE RECIPE Put all of the ingredients in a medium, non-reactive pot (stainless steel or ceramic). Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes, until the peppers have softened. Remove from the heat, and spoon all of the solids (peppers, onion, garlic) BEAVER TAILS AKA ELEPHANT EARS AKA FRIED DOUGH Roll out with a rolling pin to about 1/8" thick. Heat 1" of oil in a dutch oven or deep skillet to 375ºF. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, an set aside, along with the melted butter. Gently lower the dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on each side, about1 minute per side.
BAKERY STYLE VANILLA SPONGE CAKE Instructions. Preheat your oven to 350ºF with a rack in the middle position. Grease two 8" circular cake pans. Whip the room temperature eggs in your mixer on high speed (using the whip attachment), untilfoamy.

Ingredients. ½ cup brown sugar. 1 tbsp chili powder. 1 tbsp sweet, smoked paprika. 1 tbsp cumin. 1 tsp cayenne (more if you want it really spicy) 2 tbspEASY CREAM PUFFS
A super easy way to make cream puffs. All you need is store bought puff pastry, mousse mix, and something to make it look fancy (like fresh berries) This is a great summer dessert you can throw togetherin no time!
CRUSTLESS SPINACH QUICHE In a large bowl, whisk the eggs well. Add the salt, pepper, and cheese and stir to combine. Add the spinach mixture, and give it another good whisk. Pour the mixture into a deep dish pie plate, and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until the eggs are set. Let cool for 5 minutes beforeserving.
ROMA TOMATO PASTA SAUCE Add the oil and garlic cloves to a pan and heat over medium until fragrant and the garlic just starts to get some color, about 2 minutes. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the onion and carrot. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onion is softened, about 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and add the tomatoes, water, and 1teaspoon of salt.
BUTTERMILK RIBEYE WITH GARLIC SHRIMP Remove the shrimp from the pan to a plate for a minute. Turn the heat up to high and add the white wine. Let it reduce to half, about 2 minutes.
