Jonathan was a wide receiver and defensive back that played high school football for New Utrecht High School and was often seen at Chiefs practices to support his younger brother, along with their 16 year old brother Brian Hernandez, currently a defensive end at New Utrecht High School. BE A CHIEFS CHEERLEADER KINGS COUNTY CHIEFS AAU NY DISTRICT CHAMPIONS November, 2018 - Brooklyn, New York - The Kings County Chiefs are the AAU Football NY Metropolitan District Champions! After dismantling the Brooklyn Braves 35-14, Kings County won the 2018 New York Metro district championship and a bid to play for the 2018 AAU Football National Championship in Florida. The King County Chiefs 12U wins the District in a year where the majority of the team's veterans will be leaving the youth program for

high school.

November, 2018 - Elmont, New York - Both Kings County Chiefs teams head to the AAU Football NY Metro / NJ District Championship games! The King County Chiefs 10U completed their amazing turnaround season with a game-ending goaline stand against the Elmont Cardinals in the semi-finals of the AAU Football playoffs, and with that they head to the District and League Championship as the top seed. The Chiefs 10U season has been laced with close victories and blowouts alike, as they complete their regular season with a record of 7 wins and 2 losses. The head to the district championship to face the tough PST Lions (Formerly Levittown Red Devils). The Kings County Chiefs 12U heads into the league championship game already having been crowned the AAU Football New York Metropolitan District Champions after they defeated the Braves 35-14. CHIEFS TEAMS HEAD TO DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIP KINGS COUNTY CHIEFS SEND 10 TO CATHOLIC SCHOOL March 12, 2019 - Brooklyn, New York - The Kings County Chiefs said a tearful goodbye to the student-athletes transitioning from thier youth program into high school. The majority of these players were members of the Kings County Chiefs original season in 2015. These young men were surprised with their numbers being retired and them being presented with their jerseys framed by Steiner Sports Marketing. The moment was charged with emotion as of the twelve players transitioning into high school, ten of these young men will be headed to private or Catholic schools where they will receive great educations and an opportunity to continue their football careers. The Chiefs retired the following jerseys and numbers: #80 Sammy WR, #4 Qaiseim WR/QB, #58 Zenobi LB/FB, #52 Thomas C, #23 Dionis RB, #99 David OG. These numbers will not ever be worn by another Chiefs player again. The Chiefs have just two remaining players from their original team, whose jerseys will be retired, Flash and Jaylon.
