The most challenging thing about making a career change isn’t always the obvious obstacle. Before stepping off of one career path for another, you may have thought making the time for continuing education in your already busy life would be the toughest part of your careershift.

HOW TO EVALUATE A JOB DESCRIPTION Make a point to understand your skills and qualifications. Know your limitations and where you have potential to successfully stretch. A little self-assessment can go a long way. You must know yourself to sell your skills. If you apply for an interview for a position that is a stretch, be prepared to sell yourself and defend your ability to get HOW TO ANSWER WEIRD INTERVIEW QUESTIONS If your interviewer asks you a question that is out of the world, how should you reply? Most employers don’t ask crazy interview questions like these, but it’s a good idea to prepare for how you’d address them, just in case. These strategies will help you answer any oddball interview question. 1. HOW TO RESPOND WHEN YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION UNEXPECTEDLY Depending on your situation, news that your job description is changing can be good news or cause for alarm. If management is taking responsibility away from you, even if your official title or salary have not changed, you should be concerned about your future in the organization. Send a quick email update at appropriate intervals.
