GLACIER NATIONAL PARK Glacier National Park, is a joint park with Canada. I believe it to be one of the most beautiful and unique out of all the national parks. I didn't know that the United States housed a Swiss Alps like venue and was truly amazed. Nestled up on the Canadian border in Montana, thecurrent glaciers
ZION NATIONAL PARK
Part two of the Zion trip, we headed to the iconic Narrows, hiking up the canyon upstream on the Virgin River. During busy season, the main part of Zion is closed off to all road traffic, and you are shuttled by buses from one stop to the other. We work up early, but not asearly
ROSEBOWL FLEA MARKET There are a ton of flea market's in the area, but the most iconic is the Rosebowl Flea Market in Pasadena. We had been exploring some more local places recently, but decided to head over the Pasadena to see if there were any gems that day. Melody and I were looking to furnish ournew
DIY FALL OFF THE BONE RIBS I was asked to make some ribs the other day, and have done so with a lot of success in the past. It takes a lot of time to produce a rib that is deemed "fall off the bone." So don't be prepared to have these in just a measly thirty minutes, but be prepared USC – ENGAGEMENT SELFIES Just showing a few other photos from an earlier shoot Melody and I did right after our engagement. I ended up asking my buddy Craig Tabita to help out with some of these photos. We ended up choosing USC due to the connection it had with first GT VS. UGA | LOS ANGELES PHOTOGRAPHER The GT vs UGA game is going to be my last game as an undergraduate at Georgia Tech. It may even be the last game that I will be able to attend for a long time. It was nothing short of exciting, but ended in a way that was a bit depressing. LAKE CLARK NATIONAL PARK Melody and I had some wide plans, stemming from our idea that our wedding tables would represent places to visit together, which included destinations like Patagonia, Norway, and of course Alaska. What we really were planning on doing in Alaska was to see some Northern Lights activity, but instead we booked a trip to AnchorageCHANNEL ISLANDS
As my first little bachelor party before my wedding, I invited my brother–who was living in California at the time– and Luke to come with me to Anacapa Island in the Channel Islands National Park kayak around. There were herds of bikers just swarming the streets, which I have made my main choice of transportation in the Los Angeles area. HIKING THE HIGH SIERRA TRAIL Day two of our five day journey took us from Hamilton Lake toward Moraine Lake. Our 15 mile hike towards Moraine Lake started off with a huge climb over the pass, which covered roughly two miles and 2,000 feet of elevation gain to 10,500 feet. While other major conference tournaments were being televised to showcase the "star" talent, I was able to cover the Big West tournament at the Honda Center in Anaheim. UGA Every year, Georgia Tech baseball goes up against UGA during the Spring Classic to raise money for Children's Heathcare of America. I was pretty excited because its hosted in the Braves' baseball stadium, Turner Field. Also it is a big game because every game because it is the cross state rival. Both of these Chemical Engineering Georgia Tech graduates decided to throw away the notion of "normal," and pursue something they are passionate about. Expression themselves as well as helping others communicate in specific words, with actual meaning. A few weeks after our trip to see the Perseids Meteor Showers in Joshua Tree National Park, I invited Luke to come with me on a quick weekend backpacking trip. We are usually busy on weekends, especially because of our Ph.D. research and other obligations, but this was finally a weekend where we could pick HAWAIIAN ISLAND HOPPING During the Christmas break of 2012, the Tsai family embarked on an adventure to Hawaii. We were going to on a week long cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line, Pride of America. HONEYMOON – MADRID Now that all of my bachelor stuff is over, and since it's been over a year since my wedding, I decided to get some of my honeymoon photos on the blog as well. It was a MOUNT WHITNEY TO KEARSARGE PASS We headed out on our last day of our multiday backpacking trip through Kings Canyon National Park on our easiest pass up and over Kearsarge Pass at 11,709 feet, with another 14 mile day. This was by far the easiest day, with our lungs acclimated to theDEATH VALLEY

It was great to see the Clippers finally pull out a close win at the buzzer, this shows their development and maturity as a team. ZION NATIONAL PARK
Part two of the Zion trip, we headed to the iconic Narrows, hiking up the canyon upstream on the Virgin River. During busy season, the main part of Zion is closed off to all road traffic, and you are shuttled by buses from one stop to the other. We work up early, but not asearly

Both of these Chemical Engineering Georgia Tech graduates decided to throw away the notion of "normal," and pursue something they are passionate about. Expression themselves as well as helping others communicate in specific words, with actual meaning.MT. BADEN-POWELL
Melody and I ended up looking to do a lot of local hikes in the Southern California area, and decided to get on the six pack of peaks. Although this specific peak wasn't part of the six-pack, we ended up looking for something shorter to start off the summer. With the Prius,and more than
PARIS | LOS ANGELES PHOTOGRAPHER The second to last stop on our honeymoon backpacking adventure through Europe, and one that we received the most information about. Melody had an arsenal of places to go and heard a lot of good things about the place from her sister, Marisa. I was a HAWAIIAN ISLAND HOPPING During the Christmas break of 2012, the Tsai family embarked on an adventure to Hawaii. We were going to on a week long cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line, Pride of America. This is the only ship which only sails across all the islands, without having a stop at LA, or any other west coast port.BIG WEST TOURNAMENT
While other major conference tournaments were being televised to showcase the "star" talent, I was able to cover the Big West tournament at the Honda Center in Anaheim. These are the hardest working individuals, because they don't take advantage of much. There are very talented individuals in this tournament, which you will seelater on
USC – ENGAGEMENT SELFIES Just showing a few other photos from an earlier shoot Melody and I did right after our engagement. I ended up asking my buddy Craig Tabita to help out with some of these photos. We ended up choosing USC due to the connection it had with first PORTLAND UNABLE TO BLAZE THE CLIPPERS TRAILS The Portland Trailblazers visited Hollywood for a tough matchup against the young Clippers. It was great to see the Clippers finally pull out a close win at the buzzer, this shows their development and maturity as a team. Only next year will tell if PROFESSIONAL DO-IT-YOURSELF BEAUTY DISH. The past week I have been experimenting with the Strobist DIY beauty dish. I was searching online for a more robust and adjustable beauty dish and found out how to make one. I had to make a few changes because it would be my design, and something I hope to work with for along time.
TECH SQUARE WAFFLE HOUSE As many of the Georgia Tech students know, a Waffle House will be opening up at Tech Square. This means that there will be food 24/7 around campus, especially for the fraternities.
