Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients – almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, salt, and baking soda. Next, mix the wet ingredients into the dry, adding them one-by-one; the coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. AIR FRYER PRETZEL BITES Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with oil of choice. Place pretzel bites into the basket, giving them enough room to expand. Brush them with melted butter. Cook for 7 minutes at 400 degrees F, or until lightly browned on top. Remove from air fryer, and once slightly cooled, transfer them to a plate. THE BEST EVER PALEO EVERYTHING BAGELS Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Meanwhile, boil a large pot of water. In a blender or food processor, add all of the dough ingredients except for the EBTB seasoning. Once combined, transfer the dough from blender to a EVERYTHING BEER BREAD Instructions. Preheat oven to 350. Grease the inside of a loaf pan very well with oil or butter. Set aside.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, two tablespoons EBTB, and the baking powder. Next, add the honey, followed by the beer. It will start to bubble, but just gently mix everything together until incorporated. TOMATO BASIL CASHEW CHICKEN TENDERS Instructions. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice your chicken breasts into strips, and set aside. In a blender or food processor, add the Tomato Basil Harvest Snaps, cashews, and sea salt. Pulse for about 30 seconds until a sand-like, crumbly mixture forms. Don’t pulse too long, you want to keep sometexture.
HOW I RESTORED MY GUT AFTER MY EATING DISORDER One of the best ways to combat stress is to exercise. In fact, psychiatrists say exercise can help many patients avoid medication. It’s that effective! So take a walk outside, do yoga, or take up a new sport. Not only will you feel less stressed out, but moving around will actually alter your gut’s microbiome. BLACKBERRY COFFEE CAKE Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper (grease inside of pan first so the parchment paper sticks). Make the topping first, by combining all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well and set aside. Now make the cake by adding all of the ingredients, except the blackberries, and blend until well incorporated. LIFE CHANGING TAHINI CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES While the dough is chilling, preheat oven to 350 F. Remove bowl from the refrigerator, and add the egg and baking soda, and mix together until fully incorporated. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop dough and form 16 cookies. Bake for 10-11 minutes. Set it aside to cool. Next, it’s time to prepare the salad dressing. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor,and
THE BEST PALEO LEMON LOAF In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt and set aside. In another bowl, mix together the eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, mashed bananas, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir to combine. Pour the batter into the preparedloaf
DECONSTRUCTED HEALTHY APPLE PIE Sprinkle 1 tablespoon coconut sugar and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon over the apples. Next, in a medium bowl, add the flour, coconut sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir well, then add in the egg and pecans. Once rice is cooking, scrub sweet potato and cut into 1/2 thick pieces, dice onion, wash and finely chop the kale. Set aside. In a large pan on the stove, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Add the onion and stir until fragrant. Add garlic, sweet potatoes, and spices, and stir for another minute ortwo.
VEGAN APPLE PIE BARS In a pan on the stove over low heat, add coconut oil. Once the oil has melted, add the apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes. While the apples are cooking, add the arrowroot/cornstarch to a small bowl, along with 2 tbsp water. Whisk until there are no clumps.
