NATIONAL CONVENTION
Jewish War Veterans of the USA (JWV) Annual Convention is the biggest gathering of Jewish American Military Personnel and veterans in the nation. Hundreds gather from around the country to learn from fellow veterans, to network within the Jewish American military and veteran community and to put their mark on the 2021 legislative agenda. ALLIED MISSION TRIP TO ISRAEL Tuesday, November 30: After enjoying a hearty Israeli breakfast, we visit the hidden underground bullet factory from the British mandate time. Afterwards we are hosted by TZEVET (The JWV of Israel) for an Israeli Defense Force (IDF) briefing and lunch. Afternoon visit to Palmach Museum. Palmach was the pre-1948 military force Israel builtGRANT PROGRAM

WASHINGTON – Over the summer, we lost another one of our brothers in arms. Sergeant First Class (SFC) Christopher Celiz, a member of the 1st Battalion of 75th Ranger Regiment, died July 12 of wounds suffered as a result of enemy small-arms fire in eastern Afghanistan’s Paktiyaprovince.

JWV worked with officials from the Department of Veterans Affairs on a solution for the headstones of German prisoners of war that feature swastikas and mention the Fuhrer.
