EASY OAT SLICE
In a medium bowl add the flour, rolled oats, coconut, brown sugar, baking powder and chocolate drops and stir to combine. In a small bowl melt the butter in the microwave in short bursts, then add the egg, vanilla and golden syrup and whisk to combine. Pour this into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Sometimes a sweet treat is the perfect thing when you want to give a gift to a friend, need to take a plate to something special - or just a treat for the family! I EASY FEIJOA ICE CREAM Instructions. Prepare an oven tray with baking paper and set aside. Halve the Feijoas, scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon and place on the baking tray. Peel the banana and slice into big chunks and place on the baking tray. Freeze the fruit overnight. FEIJOA CRUNCH MUFFINS Add the lightly mashed Feijoa and stir well, this is a very thick mixture. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins to 3/4 full. Sprinkle with brown sugar over the tops of the muffins, approximately 1 teaspoon per muffin. The reason you have salt and cream of tarter in the usual playdough recipe is that it helps the playdough to last much longer, weeks in fact. This one will not last as well or as long, but as it is so cheap to make this is ok, then kids can combine colours and textures to their hearts desire until you think it is best thrown out. GRANDMA'S CORNFLAKE BISCUITS Cornflake biscuits just like Grandma used to bake. These are so lovely, crispy on the outside soft in the middle. This classic recipeis the best.

Instructions Base. Crush biscuits into a fine crumb in the food processor, add melted butter and blend well. Pour into a 22cm springform tin and press down well – for a thinner crust you can press it up the side of the tin or pat it down into one layer. EASY BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS The combination of Banana and Chocolate Chip is a classic and always lovely in a muffin, perfect for lunch boxes or slightly warmed for anafternoon treat
NO-BAKE APRICOT SLICE Instructions; Lightly grease a 25 x 25 cm slice tin, or prepare with baking paper, and set aside. Using a food processor (or with a rolling pin and a large ziplock bag), crush the biscuits to a fine or chunky crumb and set aside. Instructions; Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Lightly grease 1-2 baking trays or lightly spray with cooking oil and cover in baking paper; Beat the butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence together in a food mixer until light and creamy - approximately 4 minutes.EASY CHEESE MUFFINS
This recipe is a good one as you can add as much or as little ingredients to it from the basic Cheese Muffin recipe. I added finely grated carrot & ham as that is what I had on hand, but you could add zucchini, capsicums, herbs & spices if that is what you are into! FEIJOA CRUNCH MUFFINS These muffins I share with you today will seem very familiar! It is because I have used the same base recipe as for my Apple Crunch Muffins, the reason being I found the batter to be wonderful, tasty and light, but it also packs in a huge amount of fruit pieces, which is what you want.Feijoa flavours will get lost in many recipes unless you go overboard on the quantities.
