Last year, Loggerhead Marinelife Center documented more than 16,900 nests and estimate that 800,000 hatchlings were produced from last season alone. To make the popsicle: Pour the strained peppermint/cucumber mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
