ODD SMELL AFTER LLETZ Hi I had my LLETZ procedure on Friday and apart from a little cramping on Friday eve when I assumed the anaesthetic had worn off I have been absolutely fine. I''ve had no pain, no bleeding etc. I have had a very little, light brown discharge but nothing to bother me over. However over the past 2 days I have noticed an odd smell and i'm not sure if I need to be worrying. POST LLETZ SMELL -WARNING TMI!! Sorry if any of you are squeamish or are eating your dinner but I'm unsure as to whether I should bother trying to get an appointment with my doctor if my problem is normal.I had a Colposcopy and LLETZ 8 days ago, from which I had only a little bleeding and pain after. POST LLETZ SMELL -WARNING TMI!! Sorry if any of you are squeamish or are eating your dinner but I'm unsure as to whether I should bother trying to get an appointment with my doctor if my problem is normal.I had a Colposcopy and LLETZ 8 days ago, from which I had only a little bleeding and pain after. Since I have just had a very watery discharge with the commonly mentioned 'black bits' this doesn't concern EXERCISE AFTER LLETZ Hi, I had a smear a few weeks ago which came back abnormal, high grade. I was referred for colopscopy which I had today. I also had LLETZ treatment and the nurse advised they took out a very large area. i do a lot of sports, I'm currently marathon training and normally cycle ten miles each way to work. The Dr warned sternly not to exercise for at least 10days as I'd put myself NURSE COULDN’T FIND CERVIX... AGAIN! Hi thereive just been to have my smear test, my Last one was 3 years ago, and the same thing has happened on both the bloody nurse couldn’t find my cervix! She tried getting me to rest my hands under my bum to try and find it but that didn’t do anything. She insereted and re inserted the instrument a few times and there was plenty of digging around but she failed to find PAINFUL SMEAR AFTER MENOPAUSE Painful smear after menopause. I just had a reminder for a smear test - I ignored the first call as the last test 5 years ago was so painful. I'm 64, and my vagina has tightened a lot - I wasn't sexually active for a number of years, and now penetration is impossibly painful. I am taking hormone pessaries for vaginal atrophy/dryness.
