HIKING WITH PEAK DESIGN'S SLIDE CAMERA STRAP & CAPTURE PRO A Dyneema (almost as strong as Kevlar) loop attached to a button can be girth-hitched around strap lugs and tripod plates. You can connect & disconnect straps to them with one hand. Each Peak Design Slide strap also comes with an Arca-type 1/4″-mount tripod plate. CLASSIC CHROME VS CLASSIC NEG: REFINING MY X100V I bought the X100v a few months back for a smaller carry around camera (I’m a primary Sony A7iii and A7riii shooter). I learned about the film simulations and the one they really caught my eye right out of the gate was the classic Neg sim. REEVALUATING THE FUJIFILM X-E3: IT DEFINITELY IS FOR PROS X-E3 has Bluetooth, X-T2 only has WiFi. EVF on X-E3 is smaller and off-center like a rangefinder. X-E3 has only one SD card slot. Sync speed of 1/180 in the X-E3 vs 1/250 in the X-T2. So as you can see, the cameras are the same on the inside . There are a few external feature differences, compromises that make this a smaller & cheapercamera.
DIFFERENCES BETWEEN FUJIFILM'S DYNAMIC RANGE SETTING AND Difference between Dynamic Range and HDR. As mentioned in the intro, both Dynamic Range and HDR help us deal with high-contrast scenes. Scenes where we want to increase our exposure to see the texture and details in the shadow (dark) areas but GUIDE NUMBERS EXPLAINED FOR MANUAL FLASH We know that at full power we have a guide number of 60, and we want to be 4 meters away, so let’s solve for aperture at full power first. 4m * Aperture = GN60. CATALOGING YOUR PHOTOS WITH PHOTO MECHANIC PLUS If you ever want to move the physical location of any photos within your Photo Mechanic Plus catalog, like from one drive or folder to another, the move must be done from within Photo Mechanic Plus.. Remember that the catalog is a database that references the location of your photos. If you move that location without the database being aware of it, the database will lose the photos and never HIGH SIERRA TRAIL TRIP REPORT: PLANNING & PERMITS High Sierra Trail Summary. The High Sierra Trail is a moderate to strenuous 61.5-mile trail through Sequoia National Park. HOW TO USE FUJIFILM'S HIGHLIGHT AND SHADOW TONES How Highlight Tone and Shadow Tone works. Fujifilm’s Highlight and Shadow Tones do affect contrast, but only in the area of the histogram that corresponds to highlights or shadows.It’s more akin to Lightroom’s targeted curves adjustments if you’re familiar with that, and similar programs.. The Fujifilm Highlight and Shadow Tone curves are also applied behind-the-scenes when using the X-T3 & X-T30 NEW FEATURES: COLOR CHROME EFFECT & DYNAMIC Other differences between the X-T3 and X-T30 are that the smaller camera only has one SD card slot, a slower UHS-1 slot, whereas the X-T3 has two, one of which is the faster UHS-II. DISADVANTAGES OF ELECTRONIC SHUTTER SILENT SHOOTING This is the most obvious disadvantage of electronic shutters, as seen in the above photo. Moving objects – cars, propellers, and even people – can look wobbly when using an electronic shutter. Because, remember, an electronic shutter speed of 1/2000, for example, can actually take up to 1/10 seconds for the entire exposure.__
