This is something I have wanted to do for GLUTEN FREE ARCHIVES Welcome to my Kitchen! I’m Jane, a food writer, photographer and blogger. My goal with this blog is to give you the fun, laughter, confidence and knowledge to bake and cook whatever you fancy! CARROT CAKE CUPCAKES! Grate your carrots (peel first and chop the ends off), and leave to the side. You need 175g of grated carrot to be the weight at the end. Whisk together the sunflower oil and eggs. Add in the grated carrots and sugar, and mix again. Add in the flour, mixed spice, ground ginger, and cinnamon, and bicarbonate of soda!RED VELVET CAKE!
Method. 1) To Bake the Red Velvet Cake – Preheat your oven to 170C/150CFan and Line two 8″ cake tins with butter and parchment paper – leave to the side for now. 2) Beat together the Butter and Sugar in a stand mixer till smooth and fluffy like you would a normal cake, and then gradually beat in the egg so that it doesn’t curdle (if it doesn’t curdle, beat in a little flour to bring EASY VANILLA CUPCAKES! Method. 1) Preheat your oven to 170C/160CFan and Line a 12 Hole Muffin Tray with Large Cupcake Cases/Muffin Cases. 2) Cream together the Butter and Caster Sugar with an electric beater till smooth – add in the Beaten Eggs, Flour, and Vanilla and beat again for about about 20-30 seconds on a Medium Speed – it really doesn’t take too long GIN AND TONIC CUPCAKES! *This post may contain affiliate links. Please see my disclosure for more details!* Soft and Delicious Gin & Tonic Sponges, with Gin & Tonic Buttercream Frosting, Lime, and a little Straw to Decorate! My new favourite Gin and Tonic Cupcakes! So I love a good G&T and my boyfriend has recently discovered the love as well, so we have quite a few Gin bottles now. I have my personal HONEYCOMB FLAPJACKS! *This post may contain affiliate links. Please see my disclosure for more details!* A classic traybake, with a sweet chocolatey twist – Honeycomb Flapjacks! I have had many requests for a recipe like this, and no doubt, there will be more than one flapjack recipe on my blog – however, I couldn’t resist posting these ones! RED VELVET LOAF CAKE! Red Velvet Loaf Cake. Preheat your oven to 170C/150CFan and line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment paper! Beat together the unsalted butter and caster sugar in a bowl until smooth and fluffy! Add in the eggs, cocoa powder, red food colouring and vanilla extract and beat again untilcombined.
WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TART! Raspberry Coulis. Add your raspberries, sugar and water to a pan. Heat on a low-medium heat until the fruit starts to break down and soften. Once heated for about 3-4 minutes, remove from the heat and puree to a liquid. Pass the coulis through a sieve to remove the seeds and letthe mixture cool.
HONEYCOMB CRUNCHIE BROWNIES! Instructions. Preheat your oven to 180C/160C Fan and line a 9x9" baking tin with parchment paper! Melt together your Dark Chocolate and Unsalted Butter until smooth in the microwave or in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Leave to cool for a few minutes. CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD! Instructions. Preheat your oven to 180C/160C Fan and line a 2lb loaf tin with parchment paper! Mush your bananas up till they're soft and mushy! In a new bowl, add your Butter and Sugar and beat till smooth and light. Add in your Eggs, Banana, Soured Cream and Vanilla and beat again - it may look gross, but roll with me.CHOCOLATE CAKE
