ERIC DEAN - IRONWORKERS Eric Dean. Eric Dean completed his apprenticeship in 1984 and became a journeyman ironworker in Local 63 (Chicago). As an accomplished ironworker, he worked for various contractors as a journeyman, foreman and project superintendent throughout the Chicago area. Kenneth "Bill" Dean. Brother Kenneth “Bill” Dean was initiated into the Local 549 (Wheeling, W.V.) apprenticeship program on December 1, 1977. He was elevated to journeyman status on July 1, 1980.
