15 RECIPES TO TAKE TO SOMEONE IN NEED (GF) Crock Pot White Chicken Chili. Place all the ingredients for Crock Pot White Chicken Chili in a Ziplock bag (mix the flour and milk together in either another small ziplock bag or small gladware container.) 20 MINUTE CHICKEN SAUSAGE PASTA Directions. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta cooking water then drain and set aside. Meanwhile, heat extra virgin olive oil in a very large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and sausage then saute until sausage is golden brown, about 3 minutes. SAUSAGE GRAVY BREAKFAST TATER TOT CASSEROLE Directions. Preheat oven to temperature indicated on the bag of tater tots. Meanwhile, heat a large, oven-safe skillet (11-3/4" minimum) over medium-high heat then add breakfast sausage and cauliflower and saute until cooked through. Turn heat down to medium then sprinkle in flour and cook for 1 minute. MAKE AHEAD STUFFED SHELLS Directions: 1. Cook shells according to package direction. Reserve 1/3 cup pasta cooking water, drain the rest and set aside. 2. Cook ground beef until no longer pink, drain and return to the pot. Stir in seasonings, reserved pasta cooking water, parmesan cheese, egg and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. 3. (UNBELIEVABLY JUICY!) GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN Turn 1/2 or 1/3 of the burners (depending on how many burners your grill has) to low heat. Place the tenderloin on the HIGH HEAT side of the grill then grill for 1-1/2 minutes on all four sides, for a total of 6 minutes, closing the lid between flipping. Move the tenderloin over to the LOW HEAT side of the grill then grill for 4 minutes oneach
LIGHTER SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH HAM Combine potatoes, ham and onion in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and add in half the potato mixture. Top with half the sauce, then repeat the layers. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 65 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 15-20 more minutes, or until potatoes are tender. ULTIMATE RED SKINNED POTATO SALAD (MAYO FREE!) Bring to a boil, place a lid on top, then remove pan from heat and let sit for 12 minutes. Drain then plunge eggs into ice water or run under cold water for a few minutes. Peel eggs when cool enough to handle then chop and set aside. (Can be done ahead of time. Cook then peel eggs and store in the refrigerator.) S'MORES ICEBOX CAKE (GF/DF) How to Make S’Mores Icebox Cake: Start by making the marshmallow creme mixture. In a large bowl whisk together a 9oz container GF/DF whipped topping and 7.5oz jar marshmallow fluff (this is the only gluten-free brand I’ve found which I buy at World Market.) Next fold in 2 cups GF/DF mini marshmallows.. Stash the bowl in the refrigerator while you get the chocolate layer going.
