The Portfolio Budget Statements (PBS) describe the proposed allocation of resources to government outcomes by entities within the portfolio. NATIONAL GREENHOUSE ACCOUNTS FACTORS: 2020 OFFICE OF NORTHERN AUSTRALIA The Office of Northern Australia (ONA) leads northern Australia agenda initiatives and policy.. The office is a branch in our department’s Northern Australia and Major Projects Division. We report to the Minister for Resources, Water and Northern Australia and the Assistant Minister for Northern Australia. PAYMENT TIMES REPORTING PORTAL Access the portal. The Regulator administers the scheme, raises awareness and has a broad range of compliance and enforcement powers. The Scheme has a 12 month transition period before compliance and enforcement measures apply. The transition period ends in December2021.

Servicing licensees test and verify measuring instruments used for trade.They can employ verifiers and nominate them to verify instruments under their servicing licence. Servicing licensees help build trust and confidence in the accuracy of measurements used to determine the trade value of goods. ENABLING AUSTRALIA’S ONSHORE MRNA MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY Building on the success of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, the Australian Government recognises that mRNA technology is part of the next generation in advanced health care.. Onshore production of mRNA vaccines will strengthen our capacity against future pandemics andother diseases.
SMALL BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION TOOL The SBI tool reduces the compliance burden for reporting entities. It assists reporting entities to identify which suppliers they need to report on. For the purposes of the scheme, a business is small if it is identified as such through the SBI tool.
