CHAPTERS | IEEE SYSTEMS COUNCIL All IEEE Chapters must hold and report at least two (2) technical meetings per year to be viable as defined by the IEEE. Reporting of these meetings can be completed via vTools.Please note that the report must be completed in full including the post-meeting report and additional fields (i.e. attendance) to be officially submitted and

accounted for.

PUBLICATIONS

The IEEE Systems Council is a supporter of the Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge (SEBoK). "The SEBoK provides a compendium of the key knowledge sources and references of systems engineering organized and explained to assist a wide variety of users.It is a living product, accepting community input continuously, with regular refreshes and

updates.

Biography. Paolo Carbone (M’94–SM’09—F’15) received both the Master’s and the Ph.D. degrees from the University of Padova, Padova, Italy, in 1990 and 1994, respectively. From 1994 to 1997, he was a Researcher with the Third University of Rome.From 1997 to 2002, he was first a Researcher and then an Associate Professor with the University of Perugia, Perugia, Italy.
