NOTICE . Huntsville City Council passed Ordinance 2020-21 on April 7, 2020, extending the Disaster Declaration. The Ordinance also included the following statement: City Utility Service shall not be suspended for non-payment until such disaster orders by the State, County and City relating to COVID-19 are terminated by order or by law. LIBRARY CARDS & MY ACCOUNT If your library card is set to expire, we have auto-extended your card to not expire until the library reopens.
