Spices – adjust if you’d like!. Coconut sugars – dark brown sugar can be subbed for dark brown coconut sugar and cane sugar for golden coconut sugar. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and vanilla. Set aside. Mix oat flour with 1/4 cup coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Next, add the flour mixture toEGG WHITE CREPES

RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE SAUCE Instructions. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Add raspberries to the pan, spread out evenly. Spray lightly with more cooking spray (I use avocado oil spray) and then toss with one tablespoon sugar—roast for 15 minutes. HEALTHY TUNA PATTIES Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, add batter into skillet and spread out to form patties. The batter will make four patties, as shown in the process photos above. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully set in the center. Serve immediately or save for up to3 days.
HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BARS Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper. In a food processor or by hand combine banana, cocoa powder, protein powder, and peanut butter. Fold in chocolate chips (saving a tablespoon or so to add to the top of the bars.)
