The World Conference on International Telecommunications is over, and WCITLeaks.org is pleased to have played a constructive role in the process.Nevertheless, our work continues. Despite some laudable steps in the direction of greater transparency, some upcoming ITU meetings remain closed to scrutiny and input from civil society andWCITLEAKS
