EAST CLARKE PLACE SENIORS RESIDENCE East Clarke Place Senior Residence is a 14-story, 122-unit rental building in the Jerome Avenue Highbridge-Concourse neighborhood of the Bronx that will provide safe and affordable permanent housing for low- and very low-income older adults. For the 84 units available, 26,000 applications were received—200 of them handwritten—demonstrating PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING East 12th Street SRO is a 96-unit single room occupancy residence (SRO) providing permanent, supportive housing to formerly homeless single adults over the age of 55, and formerly homeless veterans.
