A warm and comforting rasam/spicy soup recipe under 30 minutes without any rasam powder. Chop the tomatoes and set aside. Tear the curry leaves into small pieces. Crush the garlic cloves roughly. Heat a pan over medium heat and when it is hot add the ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, and the curry leaves. CHETTINAD VEGETABLE BIRYANI ~ TAMIL NADU SPECIAL When the ghee melts, add the cashews and fry until it turns light golden brown. Please remove it from the pan and set aside. Now in the same pan, add the 1/4 cup oil. When it is hot, add the bay leaves, cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, marathi moggu/kapok bud, and the star anise. Saute for a THERATTI PAL / PAL-KHOA So this dish is very famous in Srivilliputhur. Yup, its pal-khoa or theratti pal. Srivilliputhur is famous for its Andal temple too; the temple tower is the official symbol of Tamil Nadu Government. Pal-Khoa is milk sweet, and all you need is only three ingredients. Milk, sugar and little bit of ghee and that’s it. RICOTTA CHEESE RASMALAI Steps: Preparing the Malai: Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Mix the Ricotta cheese and 4 tbsps of sugar. Make sure they are incorporated well. Now grease the muffin tray with oil and scoop out 2 tbsps of the ricotta cheese and sugar mix and pour it in each muffin dip/hole. I

EGGLESS EGGPLANT PARMESAN Mix Panko breadcrumbs, oregano, and pepper powder together. Slice the eggplant into thin rounds and soak them in water by adding about 1 tsp of salt for 15 to 20 minutes.
