Guests are in complete control of their Float Pod lid, which may be left open, partially open or closed. Each Pod features a multi-colored LED light which is in the total control of the guest. A selection of music options—including the option to bring your own music are available for each session. Each Float Pod also features a 2-way intercom connecting to the front desk should you need help or have any concerns in your session. We've got some news regarding mask requirements in our spas! Throughout the pandemic, and as the world makes strides toward normalcy, prioritizing the health and safety of our community and employees remains a core motivation here at True REST. Thank you for your feedback over the past few days as we have reevaluated our mask policy. In coordination with recently released guidance from the CDC, each independently owned and operated location will follow what is required per state mandate. We ask that all unvaccinated individuals, including children, continue to wear masks in our facilities. If you are not vaccinated, you can visit www.vaccines.gov to find more information. Admittedly, this decision is a complex one, and navigating all sources of input as we seek to prioritize the community's wellbeing is challenging. True REST took a little longer than many major corporations to change our mask policy because of our commitment to carefully weigh the best interests of our staff and community. We know life without masks isn't too far off, but we're taking this process one positive step at a time. Recent surveys of our community and employees show the vast majority of both groups are comfortable moving forward with a mask optional policy. I was hesitate at first due to being an anxious person and having a hard time finding ME time. I have a hard time relaxing so didn’t think I would benefit from it. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have become a believer in True Test Floats for benefits of many health benefits. The owners and employees are always so friendly, attentive and professional. Very confident in the cleanliness of there float spas because of the cleanliness of the bathroom and the business. Definitely recommend Chico True Test Float Spa❤️

I have been floating for re several years now and it is something that benefits my overall health tremendously. At first , I was bored and fidgety and didn't feel at all relaxed and was wondering what everyone was talking about - I certainly didn't feel a "calming" down of my mind, if anything , the quiet of the room made it chatter MOREI only kept with it because my daughter had purchased certificates for me for a gift- if not for that I would not have gone again.And it DID take about 3 or 4 times to start noticing a big difference. Like every additional time I floated my body was slowly getting the message to slow done and relax. I also noticed that the music I chose at the front desk to play during the float made a big difference , also. They have a quite a few options of excellent programmed music frequencies that they can recommend , or they can use a pandora app for anything you would prefer.I have very often been feeling physically awful, tired and worn out before a float and the Salt seems to soak that away and I always leave feeling much better-I have been to several locations around the valley, the staff is always very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean.The people I have brought with me over the years to try floating, always seemed to really love it on the 1st float , but, again , it took me awhile to start really liking it , and for me to start experiencing the relaxation and pain reducing effects-I would highly recommend it

I had my first float experience at the Brick location. I was greeted by Jen and instantly got a good vibe about True REST. I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with another worker, Hunter and the owner Scott.The atmosphere is very relaxing and serene. Everything was kept neat and clean.They also provide amenities for you to use both prior to and after your session!There’s several options in the float tank to choose from to create your own custom experience.The oxygen bar was a nice way to end your session.I definitely can’t wait for

my next sessions!
