Meet Kristin! Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m on a mission to love my neighbors. I put an ordinary picnic table in my front yard, painted it turquoise and invited neighbors, friends, and even strangers to hang out and do life together at The Turquoise Table®. HOW TO MAKE MAGICAL POPOVER ROLLS Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a popover tin (you can use a 12-cup muffin pan, too) In a large bowl, whisk flour and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and melted butter. CRISPY OVEN BAKED POTATO BITES Add potatoes and boil 8 minutes. Drain potatoes into a colander. Melt butter and olive oil in the cooking pot. Pour drained potatoes back into pot. Add garlic salt and pepper. Stir until the potatoes are coated. Place potatoes skin side up on parchment lined baking sheet.Bake for
PICKLED GINGER AIOLI Pickled Ginger Aioli. 1 c mayonnaise (I used light) 1/8 c pickled ginger, drained. 1 clove garlic. 1/4 bunch of cilantro. Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended. This is a great aioli and we’ll use the leftovers on turkey sandwiches laterthis week. «
NORDSTROM'S TOMATO BASIL SOUP Instructions. In a large, heavy saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add carrots, onion, and basil. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 30-40 minutes. Remove from heat and allow soup to cool slightly. Puree soup a blender or food processor CHRISTMAS MORNING BUBBLE BREAD Instructions. Lightly grease a bundt pan. Cut the rolls in half and arrange in the bundt pan. In a small sauce pan heat the butter, sugars and pecans until melted and well combined. Sprinkle the pudding mixture evenly over the rolls. Pour the melted butter, sugars and pecans over the rolls. Lightly spray a large sheet of foil withnon-stick
POLENTA & ITALIAN SAUSAGE GRAVY In a bowl, combine cornmeal, cold water, and salt. In a Dutch oven, bring 5 cups water to boil. Add the oil and stir in cornmeal mixture. With a wire whisk, beat the cornmeal until thick, about 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon for 30 minutes.
