Allingham ward. The Allingham Ward is a gastro and liver specialist ward located on the 3rd floor of the St James’ Wing. You will be looked after by a team of nurses, therapists and doctors who are highly experienced in caring for patients with gastro and liver conditions. There are 24 beds with 4 EXERCISES AND STRENGTHENING FOR THUMB OSTEOARTHRITIS Page 2 of 4 Movement Exercises The following exercises are designed to encourage normal movement of the fingers and thumb: 1. Rest the little finger side of your hand on a flat surface. YOUR FRACTURED ACETABULUM 4 There are many ways the acetabulum can break. Imagine breaking a soup bowl – sometimes it may break into only two pieces, whereas other times it will completely shatter.
