The intense roast character is the main attribute of this black colored beer. The alcohol content is 6.0%. Zonker has been recognized time and again as one of the top foregin style stouts.

This beer is light in color and quenching, very mild in hop character. This is a signature beer of Chris Erickson. Brewmaster’s Dinner. We hosted a Brewmaster’s Dinner last night at the pub for 40 lucky people. Our head Chef, Ryan ‘Mambo’, and his 3 sous chefs, Smitty, Eric and Tommy, crafted an incredible 9 course menu with beer pairings.
