SUN DRIED TOMATO CHICKEN BAKE Sarah Fragoso is an international best selling author of 6 books, co-owner of the Chico, CA based gym JS Strength and Conditioning, and founder of the Everyday Paleo franchise. PORK LOIN WITH PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, N' ONIONS Pork Loin with Peppers, Mushrooms, N’ Onions. In a large saute pan melt the butter and saute the peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and onions until the veggies are tender. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, reduce down until it turns into a thick sauce. Meanwhile, heat the 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat in another saute pan. SEAFOOD CHOWDER FROM EVERYDAY PALEO FAMILY COOKBOOK Cook time: 30 minutes. Serves 4-5. In a large soup pot, sauté the onion in coconut oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the diced bacon and cook until the bacon is crisp, stirring often. Add the celery and sweet potatoes and sauté for another 4-5 minutes. Add the coconut milk, chicken broth, clam juice, and black pepper and bring toa
CHICKEN AND VEGGIE ROLL-UPS I give all the credit to my husband for this Chicken and Veggie Roll-ups recipe. He made this on a weekend because it was a little more labor intensive then BEYOND EASY PULLED PORK I was unpacking a giant pork roast that I intended to make into pulled pork. Cook the roast on high for 5-6 hours and then turn down to low for another 3-4 hours or until the roast is literally falling apartand easy to shred.

The Lara Bar is a bar made primarily of dried fruit, dates and nuts. My kids love these bars and I will continue to purchase them now and then but making my own has proven to be extremely cost effective, fun, and incredibly easy.
