Saginaw County Parks and Recreation Commission is a county-wide organization that operates six parks throughout the county. These parks provide over 550 acres of parkland, including 18 miles of hiking trails, two boat launches, four fishing access sites, a swimming beach, picnic shelters, and many diverse recreation programs.

CIVIL DIVISION

The regular civil division of the court handles cases with a jurisdictional limit of not more than $25,000. State Court approved forms for use in a civil case may be obtained from the Civil Division on the 1st floor of the courthouse. Civil forms may also be obtained online in the forms section. PAY COURT FEES & TRAFFIC FINES Payments to the 70th District Court for Traffic and Criminal fines can be made in person, by mail or online. We are not able to process payments over the telephone. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Our divisional lobby hours are

8:00 am - 4:45 pm.
