REMSENBURG ACADEMY SPRINGS INTO SUMMER The Remsenburg Academy presents “Spring Into Summer 2021,” an exhibition featuring the work of Larry Agnello, Jean Arena Barbieri, Jacques LeBlanc and Pamela Bracken Morrison. The show runs Friday, May 28, through Sunday, June 6. Owner and chef Eric Miller, known for his restaurants like Bay Kitchen Bar, brings his passion for Mexican cuisine and the East End with the help of partners, Adam Miller, who is behind the innovative bar program, and Marc Miller, who handles operations. JESSE MATSUOKA OF SEN TEAMS UP TO CREATE MANNA AT LOBSTER Southampton’s erstwhile waterfront dining spot, The Lobster Inn, will reopen under new ownership, a new management team, and with a new concept. Manna at Lobster Inn is the brainchild of offshore aquaculture pioneer Donna Lanzetta and Sag Harbor restaurateur Ryunosuke Jesse Matsuoka, (of Sen and K Pasa), the restaurant will feature sustainable seafood courtesy of Executive Chef PAUL DAVIS: DEFINING THE ART OF THEATER As a work of art, the theater poster is a unique object with two very specific jobs to do. The first is to convey the emotion, tension and drama inherent in a play through a single iconic image that is both compelling and accurate. The second is to sell tickets. Between 1975 and 1991, Sag Harbor's Paul Davis created 51 posters for Joseph Papp’s Public Theater.
