The _Conspicuous Fraud Series #1 (Eminence)_ Notebook draws inspiration from an artwork by Kehinde Wiley of the same name, made by the artist while he was in residence at the Studio Museum in Harlem in 2001. This early work is part of a larger series which emphasizes and explores the beauty of natural black hair.
