It constitutes a promising means for economic development while keeping in mind the social and environmental harmony of regions threatened by economic, environmental and social crises to society.The European think & do tank POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ has been engaged in the CIRCULAR HRM: ALIGNING CIRCULAR ECONOMY WITH HUMAN The Circular HRM project is the result of an observation: in 2019, the European Commission declared that all 54 measures of its action plan for a circular economy - adopted in 2015 - had been implemented or were in the process of being implemented. The circular economy aims to create loops of positive values by increasing the efficiency of resource use at each stage of the product life cycle EMPLOYMENT | POUR LA SOLIDARITÉ Supported by Erasmus+, the European project Places-3T aims to develop and make sustainable places of the "third type", i.e. THE ILLEGAL WORK OF MIGRANTS IN THE EU 3 Introduction The phenomenon of illegal work is known by many names.
