A second overdue notice or phone call is placed approximately 2 weeks after an item becomes overdue. The Contoocook Transcript, The Peterborough Messenger, and The Peterborough Transcript are among the first of the newspapers to be made available. To register to vote in Peterborough BEFORE the election, go to the Town Clerk’s office. There you will fill out a NH Voter Registration form and will be asked to show proof of identity, age, citizenship and domicile. This proof may be shown in paper or electronic form.
