Input for the Action Plan was far-reaching and included patient and community advocates, clinicians CONVERSATION OF YOUR LIFE (COYL) In 2014, the Quality Institute created the Conversation of Your Life (COYL) program to develop a community conversation around the kind of care we want to receive and how we can plan ahead.
