1949

בנימין נתניהו נולד בתל אביב בנימין נתניהו נולד בתל אביב ב-1949 וגדל בירושלים. את שנות התיכון עשה בארה"ב לרגל מחקריו של אביו, ההיסטוריון פרופסור בן-ציון נתניהו ז''ל.

1967 - 1972

התגייס לצה"ל ושירת בסיירת מטכ"ל עם שובו לישראל ב-1967 התגייס לצה"ל ושירת בסיירת מטכ"ל. נתניהו נטל חלק במבצעים שונים, כולל חילוץ בני ערובה במטוס "סבנה" החטוף ב-1972. באותה שנה זכה לציון מיוחד על פיקוד מבצעי מאלוף מוטה גור ז"ל. לאחר שהשתחרר מצה"ל השתתף במלחמת יום הכיפורים והועלה לדרגת סרן.

1972 - 1977

נתניהו סיים תואר לימודי BSc בארכיטקטורה ו-MSc במנהל עסקים באוניברסיטת MIT בארה"ב. כן למד מדעי מדינה באוניברסיטאות הרווארד ו-MIT. בין השנים 1976-82 עבד נתניהו במגזר הפרטי, תחילה בחברת היעוץ הבינלאומית Boston Consulting Group ואח"כ כחבר ההנהלה הבכירה של "רים תעשיות בע"מ". ב-1979 וב-1984 יזם נתניהו שני כנסים בינלאומיים נגד הטרור בהם הודגש הצורך להלחם בארגוני הטרור ובמשטרים העומדים מאחוריהם. מזכיר המדינה האמריקני ג´ורג´ שולץ כתב שלפעולתו הציבורית של נתניהו ולספריו בנושא הטרור היתה השפעה מכרעת על עיצוב מדיניות ארה"ב נגד הטרור

הבינלאומי.

1982 - 1991

מונה נתניהו לתפקיד הציר המדיני בשגרירות ישראל בוושינגטון ב-1982 מונה נתניהו לתפקיד הציר המדיני בשגרירות ישראל בוושינגטון. ב-1984 מונה לשגריר ישראל לאו"ם וכיהן בתפקיד זה ארבע שנים. בתקופה זו נודע כלוחם תקיף בחזית ההסברה הישראלית. כן הוביל בהצלחה מאבק לפתיחת ארכיון האו"ם של פושעים נאצים שהיה חסוי עד אז. עם שובו לישראל ב-1988 נבחר נתניהו לכנסת מטעם הליכוד וכיהן כסגן שר החוץ. במלחמת המפרץ היה נציגה הבולט של ישראל בזירה הבינלאומית. בשנת 1991 היה חבר בכיר במשלחת ישראל לוועידת השלום במדריד, וכן חבר בוועדה הראשונה לשיתוף פעולה אסטרטגי בין ישראל ובין ארה"ב.

1993 - 1999

נבחר נתניהו להנהיג את תנועת הליכוד ב-1993 נבחר נתניהו להנהיג את תנועת הליכוד וכיהן כראש האופוזיציה. וב-1996, נבחר כראש ממשלה. בזמן כהונתו כראש ממשלה נקט מדיניות תקיפה נגד הטרור וקידם את תהליך השלום, תוך עשיית הסכמים מדודים עם הפלסטינים המבוססים על עקרון ההדדיות. בשלוש שנות כהונתו ירד מפלס הטרור באופן דרסטי. בתחום הכלכלי הנהיג נתניהו ליברליזציה במטבע זר, הפרטה מואצת של חברות ממשלתיות וצמצמום הגרעון. בתקופת כהונתו כראש ממשלה הגיע היקף ההשקעות הזרות בתעשיות ההיי-טק בישראל למיליארדי דולרים בשנה. עם סיום כהונתו כראש ממשלה ב-1999 שימש כיועץ עסקי לחברות היי-טק ישראליות והיה מרצה מבוקש בפורומים שונים ברחבי העולם.

2002 - 2004

חזר נתניהו לחיים הפוליטיים בשנת 2002 חזר נתניהו לחיים הפוליטיים, תחילה כשר- חוץ ואח"כ, במהלך שנת 2003, כשר אוצר. הוא הנהיג מדיניות של עידוד צמיחה ע"י הקטנת הסקטור הציבורי וחיזוק הסקטור הפרטי. מדיניות זו כללה צמצום הוצאות הממשלה, הורדת מיסים, מעבר מקצבאות לעבודה, ביטול מונופולים, חידוש ההפרטות והנהגת רפורמה בפנסיה. צעדים אלה, שזכו לשבחים מממשלת ארה"ב, מסוכנויות דירוג האשראי ומקרן המטבע הבינלאומית, בלמו את התדרדרות המשק, הורידו את האבטלה והחזירו את הצמיחה. כלכלת ישראל שהתכווצה בכ-1% בכל אחת מן השנים 2001 ו-2002 צמחה בשנת 2004 ב-4.2%.

2009

ראש הממשלה ה-13 של מדינת ישראל בשנת 2009 נבחר נתניהו בשנית לראשות הממשלה כראש הממשלה ה-13 של מדינת ישראל והקים את ממשלתו ב - 31 במרץ 2009. בינואר 2013 נבחר נתניהו בשלישית לראש

ממשלה.

במרץ 2015 נבחר נתניהו ברביעית לראש

ממשלה.

הקדנציות של נתניהו כראש הממשלה מאופיינות בעשייה רבה ובשינויים מרחיקי לכת שהוביל בתחומים שונים. הישגי הממשלה נגעו לתחומים רבים ומגוונים : בוצעה מהפכת התחבורה שחיברה את הפריפריה למרכז הודות להשקעה של 27 מיליארד ₪ בכבישים, מחלפים ורכבות. מוקמים שני נמלים חדשים ונחתם הסכם "שמיים פתוחים" ששינה לחלוטין את פני שוק הטיסות הישראלי. על מנת להתמודד עם יוקר הדיור נבנו עשרות אלפי יחידות דיור ברחבי הארץ וראש הממשלה פעל במרץ להעביר את מחנות צה"ל ומטה הסייבר ממרכז הארץ לדרומה - דבר שמפנה שטחים לבנייה במרכז הארץ אך גם מסייע לבנייה ולפיתוח של דרום הארץ. מאז בחירתו של נתניהו ירדה האבטלה לשיעור נמוך, מהנמוכים במדינות המערב, שלא נראה בארץ שנים רבות. מצד שני, למרות הימצאותה של ישראל "בשכונה סוערת רווית טרור", נרשמה צמיחה באחוזים גבוהים בכלכלה הישראלית, בוודאי בהשוואה למדינות המערב. שכר חיילי החובה עלה פעמיים ושכר המינימום עלה ל - 5000 ש"ח בשתי פעימות. בוצעו רפורמות שהובילו להוזלת

מחירים

בתחום הטלפוניה: הרפורמה בסלולר ופתיחת שוק השיחות לחו"ל ולצידם ירידה דרמטית במחירי האינטרנט. הושק עידן פלוס שמנהיג טלוויזיה בחינם. הוקמה ועדת ששינסקי שהובילה לעימות עם בעלי ההון לטובת האינטרס הציבורי ואימוץ מסקנות הועדה יזרימו מאות מיליארדי שקלים לטובת אזרחי ישראל תוך הגדלת כמות הגז הטבעי לשימוש אזרחי

ישראל.

מערכת ההשכלה הגבוהה שעמדה על סף קריסה ניצלה הודות להשקעה של 7.5 מיליארדי שקלים ל - 5 שנים, אוניברסיטה הוקמה באריאל ופקולטה ללימודי רפואה בצפת. כמו כן, נחתמו הסכמי שכר עם המורים בחינוך העל יסודי ששינו את תנאי העסקתם לטובה, הוחל חוק חינוך חינם לגילאי 3-4 ונוספה סייעת שנייה בגנים. על מנת להתמודד עם גלי המסתננים הלא חוקיים לישראל הוקמה גדר בדרום שבלמה את הסתננותם לחלוטין ו - 6000 מסתננים עזבו מרצון הודות לתכנית עידוד עזיבה של

הממשלה.

הונהגו טיפולי שיניים חינם לילדים עד גיל 12, הוקמו מוקדי רפואת חירום וחדרי מיון קדמיים ב-12 ישובים בפריפריה, נוספו 1000 תקנים למערך הרפואה הציבורית ונחתמו הסכמי שכר עם הרופאים, הסכמים הנותנים העדפה לפריפריה. רעיית ראש הממשלה פסיכולוגית חינוכית מומחית רקע משפחתי: הגברת שרה נתניהו נולדה בנובמבר 1958 בטבעון שליד חיפה. היא נשואה לראש הממשלה בנימין נתניהו ואם ליאיר ואבנר. יאיר שירת ביחידת דובר צה"ל וכיום סטודנט באוניברסיטה העברית ליחסים בינלאומיים, היסטוריה ופילוסופיה, המסיים את התואר בשנה זו. אבנר הינו חייל קרבי שהתגייס לצה"ל לאחר שדחה את שירותו הצבאי בשנה במטרה לסייע לנוער בקשיים, במסגרת הפעילויות החינוכיות והתרבותיות של תנועת הצופים, בשנת שירות. אבנר היה חתן התנ"ך של ישראל לשנת תש"ע, וסגן שני לחתן התנ"ך העולמי תש"ע. אבנר נבחר לייצג את ישראל במשלחת של תנועת הצופים לארה"ב בהיותו בן 17 והוא בוגר התיכון שליד האוניברסיטה

בירושלים.

שרה היא בת לחוה ז"ל ולשמואל בן ארצי ז"ל, משורר וסופר, חוקר תנ"ך ומוותיקי המורים והמחנכים בישראל, אשר הלך לעולמו בנובמבר 2011, בגיל 97. חוה, אמה, הייתה דור שביעי בירושלים, ילידת העיר העתיקה ומורה במקצועה שהתמסרה למשפחתה והלכה לעולמה בשנת 2003. שרה היא אחות למתניה, פרופסור למתמטיקה, חגי, דוקטור לפילוסופיה, ואמציה, יזם היי-טק ברמה בינלאומית ששירת כטייס בחיל האוויר הישראלי. שלושתם נושאים בתואר חתני התנ"ך של ישראל. רקע מקצועי: הגברת שרה נתניהו עובדת כפסיכולוגית חינוכית מומחית בשירות הפסיכולוגי העירוני של עיריית ירושלים והיא רעיית ראש הממשלה הראשונה בישראל אשר ממשיכה לעבוד בזמן היותה רעיית רה"מ וללכת מדי יום לעבודתה כפסיכולוגית מומחית. רקע לימודי:

תיכון:

1974-1977

הגברת נתניהו סיימה לימודי תיכון בתיכון ע"ש גרינברג בטבעון כתלמידה מצטיינת. כתלמידת תיכון נבחרה לקורסי העשרה בתוכנית לתלמידים מחוננים בטכניון שבחיפה. בנוסף, שימשה ככתבת נוער של השבועון "מעריב לנוער". שירות צבאי:

1977-1979

הגברת נתניהו שירתה כמאבחנת פסיכוטכנית באמ"ן. במסגרת זו אבחנה חיילים וחיילות לקורסים וליחידות מובחרות בצבא ובשירות

הביטחון.

רקע לימודי אקדמי: לימודים לתואר ראשון:

1979-1984

הגברת נתניהו סיימה תואר ראשון בפסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטת תל אביב. במסגרת הלימודים, עסקה בעבודת פרקטיקום במחלקת השיקום של בית החולים תל-השומר, ובמחלקה הסגורה בבית החולים הפסיכיאטרי אברבנאל בבת-ים. היא גם עבדה כמאבחנת פסיכוטכנית לילדים מחוננים אצל הפסיכולוגית הראשית אריקה לנדאו ועבדה כמאבחנת במרכז שיקום מקצועי של משרד העבודה. לימודים לתואר שני:

1984-1985

סיימה בהצלחה תואר שני בפסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. במסגרת לימודיה, עסקה בעבודת פרקטיקום והתערבות פרטנית עם ילדים והורים, כמו גם התערבות מערכתית בבתי ספר. היא כתבה תזה מחקרית בנושא בדיקת המהימנות הפסיכו-דיאגנוסטית של מבחן ה-WISC-R. בזמן כתיבת התזה, עם סיום התואר השני, עבדה כדיילת אוויר בחברת אל על. סיימה את כתיבת התזה המחקרית וקיבלה תואר שני M.A בהצלחה בפסיכולוגיה באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים בשנת 1996. עבודת התזה שלה זכתה להערכה על ידי צוות ההוראה במחלקה באוניברסיטה. פעילות ציבורית:

1996-1999

במהלך כהונתו הראשונה של בעלה כראש ממשלה, שימשה בהתנדבות יושבת ראש של הארגונים "יד ביד" לילדים במצוקה ושל "צעד קדימה" לילדים בעלי שיתוק מוחין. בנוסף, עזרה לארגונים נוספים המסייעים לילדים חולי סרטן, ילדים עם צרכים מיוחדים ומקלטים לנשים מוכות. עבודה מקצועית: משנת 2000 עד היום הגברת נתניהו חזרה לעבודתה כפסיכולוגית חינוכית מומחית בשירות הפסיכולוגי העירוני של עיריית ירושלים. במסגרת עבודתה היא עוסקת באבחונים וטיפולים פסיכולוגיים של ילדים ובעבודות נוספות הנדרשות מפסיכולוגים לילדים במסגרות החינוכיות השונות ובתחום השירות הפסיכולוגי. היא מעניקה סיוע פסיכולוגי מקצועי לילדים, למשפחותיהם ולצוות החינוכי על בסיס יומיומי. פעילות ציבורית 2009-2016: במקביל ובנוסף לעבודתה, הגברת נתניהו ממשיכה בפעילות ציבורית ענפה. באוגוסט 2015 מונתה לנשיאת הכבוד של תכנית החיילים הבודדים של תנועת הצופים "גרעין צבר", תוכנית אותה היא מלווה בשנים האחרונות באופן אישי. הגברת נתניהו מקדמת את הסיוע לחיילים בודדים בישראל וכמו כן גם לחיילים ממשפחות מועטות יכולת, ובמסגרת זו היא נוהגת לקיים התרמה של תווי קנייה לפני מועדי ישראל, בשיתוף עמותות שונות וביניהן "קרן היסוד" ועמותת "בית חם לכל

חייל".

הגברת נתניהו מחזקת משפחות שכולות של חללי צה"ל ונפגעי פעולות האיבה, בהם יתומי ואלמנות צה"ל, והיא נוהגת לבקר על בסיס קבוע את פצועי צה"ל המאושפזים בבתי

החולים.

לאחר אירוע חטיפתם של שלושת הנערים - גיל-עד שער ז"ל, נפתלי פרנקל ז"ל ואיל יפרח ז"ל – נרתמה הגברת נתניהו לסיוע וליווי משפחות החטופים, מאז הפיגוע המצער, דרך הבשורה הקשה על רציחתם של שלושת הנערים ועד היום. היא נמצאת בקשר רציף עם המשפחות ומשתתפת בטקסי הזיכרון להנצחתם של שלושת הנערים. כמו כן מלווה הגברת נתניהו ילדים חולי סרטן וילדים בעלי צרכים מיוחדים, להם היא מסייעת מבחינה אישית ומקצועית לאורך כל ימות השנה. בנוסף מסייעת הגברת נתניהו לנשים נפגעות אלימות במשפחה, אותן היא מבקרת במקלטים ומעונות מוגנים בכל רחבי הארץ. הגברת נתניהו, כדור שלישי לניצולי השואה, מקדישה את זמנה ומרצה בפעילות למען רווחתם של קשישים ניצולי שואה בכל רחבי הארץ. על פעילות זו היא זכתה בתואר "מגן הצדק החברתי" שהוענק לה בשנת 2016 על ידי עמותת "יד עזר לחבר", אותה מלווה הגברת נתניהו במשך שנים. במפגשים רבים לאורך ימות השנה מסייעת הגברת נתניהו לניצולי השואה גם בהיבט המקצועי-פסיכולוגי, בין השאר באמצעות עמותת "עמך". בנוסף קבעה הגברת נתניהו מסורת חדשה כרעיית רה"מ, במסגרתה רה"מ ורעייתו נפגשים באופן אישי עם ניצולי השואה המדליקים את משואות הזיכרון בטקס המרכזי של ערב יום השואה במוזיאון "יד

ושם".
