FAST DRY STAIN

Designed for craftsmen, this fast drying, high quality interior oil-based stain applies easily and enhances the wood’s natural grain with its intensified depth of color and clarity. Fast Dry Stain is recommended for use on interior wood surfaces or surfaces on which the previous finish has been removed. This stain is preferred for hardwoods, such as oak, ash, walnut, and mahogany.

ASCEND EXTERIOR®

Ascend Exterior® Water-Based Clear Finish is a durable coating designed for exterior application on wood, fiberglass, coated metal, or painted surfaces. It contains ultraviolet absorbers for advanced sun protection, and dries quickly and cleans easily with soap and water. Use it on properly prepared exterior surfaces, such as railings, outdoor furniture, above waterline marine surfaces, as CLEANER & WAX REMOVER Cleaner & Wax Remover is recommended for use on interior wood surfaces such as cabinets, paneling, fine furniture, and antiques. Test an inconspicuous spot before using to ensure the finish is not lifted with the wax. • Dampen a soft, clean cloth with Cleaner & Wax Remover. • Rub the surface thoroughly, wiping in the direction of

the woodgrain.

FIBERGLASS DOORS STAINING GUIDE Wait at least eight hours and up to 24 hours or longer depending on. drying conditions before topcoating the stained door. WIPING STAIN

This is a cutting edge, robust, interior oil-based stain. Its thick, rich formula allows for easy application and superior color control, which is necessary to achieve a rich and uniform color on most surfaces in a single application. Wiping Stain can be used on a variety of surfaces, including unfinished wood, previously finished surfaces, fiberglass, metal, and composition surfaces. OIL-BASED POLYURETHANE Oil-Based Polyurethane. This is a self-leveling, clear finish designed to protect the beauty of interior surfaces. Easy to apply and quick drying, this polyurethane will provide lasting, durable protection from abrasion, marring, chipping, alcohol, and water. Available in satin, semi-gloss, and gloss sheens. SHOP-MADE WIPING VARNISH Let the varnish dry for 6 to 8 hours — overnight if possible. Then apply a second coat of the same mixture. Since the wood has been sealed, you won’t need nearly as much finish to wet the surface. But don’t be stingy. Starting with the second coat, I’m less “thorough” when wiping off the excess varnish.
