WARMING BAKED OATS THREE WAYS Chocolate Blueberry & Banana Baked Oats. All the berries taste good in this variation. If you’ve got protein powder, add some here, I love it with cocoa powder and also a few roughly chopped squares of dark chocolate that will melt and add some lovely gooey bits. Get the recipe. Raspberry Bakewell Style. This would also be fantastic with WINTER WARMING SALAD RECIPES This Hot Halloumi, Fennel and Apple Salad is a perfect combination. Even in the Winter, you’re probably craving something fresh and crunchy so this salad ticks the boxes. The fennel, apple, leaves and herbs make for the refreshing half and then the chickpeas and halloumi are fried up with spices and a touch of maple syrup to make them a bit ZA'ATAR ROASTED MUSHROOM SALAD Method. 1. Preheat the oven to 220C. Roughly chop the mushrooms into quarters and slice the sweet potatoes into thin wedges (not too thick so they roast quickly with the mushrooms). Take a roasting tray and tumble the mushrooms and sweet potato wedges onto the tray then toss in oil (or melted ghee) with sea salt & pepper then spread out intoHAPPINESS BALLS
Method. Melt the coconut oil in a medium saucepan, then add the maple syrup, cocoa powder, nut butter and sea salt. Stir to combine. Pour into a wide shallow dish. Whisk the dressing ingredients together or shake in a jam jar. 2. Chop up the melon, halve the cherry tomatoes and pit the olives and tear them in half. 3. WARMING BAKED OATS THREE WAYS Chocolate Blueberry & Banana Baked Oats. All the berries taste good in this variation. If you’ve got protein powder, add some here, I love it with cocoa powder and also a few roughly chopped squares of dark chocolate that will melt and add some lovely gooey bits. Get the recipe. Raspberry Bakewell Style. This would also be fantastic with ZA'ATAR ROASTED MUSHROOM SALAD Method. 1. Preheat the oven to 220C. Roughly chop the mushrooms into quarters and slice the sweet potatoes into thin wedges (not too thick so they roast quickly with the mushrooms). Take a roasting tray and tumble the mushrooms and sweet potato wedges onto the tray then toss in oil (or melted ghee) with sea salt & pepper then spread out intoHAPPINESS BALLS
Method. Melt the coconut oil in a medium saucepan, then add the maple syrup, cocoa powder, nut butter and sea salt. Stir to combine. Pour into a wide shallow dish. The wider the dish, the faster it will cool. Then place in the fridge to set for about 1 hour.
