AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTDear Meatopians,
It is with very heavy hearts that we must announce that Meatopia OnFire 2020 will be postponed until 2021. Even though September is still a few months away, for the safety of everyone involved, we feel this is the right decision. We hope you understand and agree. Just a few months ago, planning was in full swing and the idea of postponing the event was unthinkable… but nobody could have predicted the position in which we find ourselves today. Meatopia OnFire 2021 will take place from 3rd – 5th September 2021. Planning is underway and we look forward to making up for lost time. We can’t wait to have you all there with us for a celebration of food, fire, drink and music. The good news is that those of you who have tickets for 2020 and wish to attend the festival in 2021 will be able to automatically roll-over your ticket. If you can do this, it would be a great help towards supporting the festival’s future, and as a thank-you, all 2020 ticket holders will get their first dish on us*. If you don’t wish to roll your ticket over to 2021, please contact our ticketing partner See Tickets for a refund** — but do be patient with them, as they’re dealing with a lot of changes at the moment. Meatopia is founded on principles of great hospitality, and although our industry has been devastated across the globe there are many hospitality businesses doing amazing things right now to keep themselves, the key workers, and their customers going during the pandemic.
