SEE OUR NEWEST EXHIBITS The Missouri Civil War Museum opened two new exhibits, Jefferson Barracks: Through the Years and Hollywood and the Civil War! Our new Jefferson Barracks exhibit tells the story of the men who served here and the role the base has had in American history. Through a stunning ten-minute film, the history of Jefferson Barracks come to life on screen and shows the deeper meaning of a place where so many heroes enlisted, trained, and are buried. Their uniforms, equipment, and stories line the walls of our exhibit. The Hollywood and the Civil War exhibit shows off some of the unforgettable Civil War-themed films of the last century.
