ARCHITECTURE AND SPACES Architecture and Spaces. The Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona building is the work of North American artist Richard Meier. Designed in 1990 and built between 1991 and 1995. The Auditorium is the only MACBA public space located in the basement of the building. It was created in the Museum’s first functional refurbishment in 2004.

The RWM working group began in 2016 with a simple proposal for the closest members of the RWM team to spend some time together, slow down processes, share physical space and see what happened along the way. His references include literature, especially poetry, music, religion and thought. He considers himself, above all, a sculptor, although his creative process has included multiple disciplines. DANCE OR EXERCISE ON THE PERIMETER OF A SQUARE (SQUARE Nauman has marked out a square on the floor of his studio with adhesive tape, indicating the midpoint of each side. Starting from the centre of the farthest side, and keeping to the strict rhythm of a metronome, with each beat he alternates the movement of his legs, stretching half the length of the side to touch the corners of the square with his toes. The group Art & Language played a key role in the emergence of conceptual art, in terms of both theory and artistic practice. Founded by Terry Atkinson, Michael Baldwin, David Bainbridge and Harold Hurrell in Coventry, England, in 1968, Art & Language brought together the work that these artists had been producing jointly since 1965. SONIA NOYA AND EDUARD MONT DE PALOL Sonia Noya and Eduard Mont de Palol take the name of their project, La Dernière Mode, dfrom the fashion magazine created by Mallarmé in 1874 to discuss what was at the time considered a lesser form of art. La Dernière Mode by Noya and Mont de Palol, also rebels against prejudices and conventions; in this case, the ones that are projected

Sofía Asencio (Elche, 1971) studied contemporary dance at the Institut del Teatre of Barcelona. She began her professional career in musical reviews and music hall shows, later joining various dance companies such as the Vicente Sáez company, Lanónima Imperial, Mudances, General Elèctrica or EXHIBITION - THE ANARCHY OF SILENCE The Anarchy of Silence.
