We were in need of a “quick possession” home. We actually had never heard of Klair custom homes, they just happen to have a show home close to the condo we lived. Klair had a duplex that we liked but we wanted to see if we could find something better(budget & design) with another builder. Husband & I set out to visit several show homes by other builders(Trust me! we visited so many show homes, we got tired. :). We found out that what some of the builders were offering as “upgrades” were “standard” with Klair and in terms of design, quality & budget, what Klair had offered us was terrific. This is our first home and to be honest, these guys were amazing and very professional throughout the process. We’ve been in our home built by Klair for about 6 months(as of the time of the review) and we’ve only had one very minor issue so far and it was fixed promptly by Klair. We love our home even though we had little challenges (a leaking roof and 3 major cracks on the foundation resulting to water leaking into the basement) about a month when we first moved in which were addressed immediately. I will attribute this to changes to weather and oversight on the part of the subcontractors. I believe there is always room for improvement but other than that, Klair homes are good people to deal with and their homes are good.SONIA M
