Washout Wheat. Named for a locally-loved section of Folly Beach, Washout Wheat is an excellent hot weather beer, and our first wheat beer. We checked the overdone spice additions of coriander and orange peel at the door, and instead let the wheat and the yeast work their respective magic. The notes of banana and clove come entirely from

OVERLY FRIENDLY IPA

A double dose of Centennial, Warrior, Chinook and cascade in the boil and the dry-hop impart massive citrus notes to the beer, backed up by pale and wheat malts. When we add cilantro, jalapeno, and pineapple to this, it becomes Muy Amigo IPA. For Brewvival 2015, we took Muy Amigo and aged it in tequila barrels for 4 months.

SPARKLY PRINCESS

What kind of fairy tale would it be if it didn’t have its own Sparkly Princess? We decided to kettle-sour an IPA, to make something hoppy, tart and full of citrus. We used Eldorado as the bittering hop and then we dry-hopped it with even more of the stuff, giving it a mouth-watering hop-nose. Crisp and refreshing, weighing in at 6.6%

ABV.

MADAM BASIL

They’ve done this at their respective breweries, and we were thrilled to pitch in as well. For their day at Holy City, 14 women came together to brew Madam Basil, a saison brewed with the namesake herb. The basil is subtle, completing the fruity aroma from the saison yeast instead of overpowering it. Balanced and proper, like the name

suggests.

Pluff mud , noun, A mixture of dirt and water indigenous to the marshes of the South Carolina Lowcountry, with a distinct odor that’s endearing to locals, but off-putting to tourists and redcoats. Rent The Taproom Private Space. Located above our newly renovated taproom, our taproom private event space overlooks the bar and dining room. With flexible seating, this space can be arranged to accommodate any type of event including baby showers, meetings, private large party dinner, watching a sports game, wedding rehearsals or

receptions.

HOLY CITY FARMERS MARKET The market is held on the marsh front lawn at Holy City Brewing, located at 1021 Aragon Avenue. The market will be open from 4:00 – 7:00 PM weekly. This is an outdoor farmers market. Shoppers are advised to wear masks and practice appropriate social distancing while in attendance. Vendor booths will be spaced a minimum of 6’ apart. PARADISE | HOLY CITY BREWING Paradise. We brewed Paradise to celebrate the prevention of drilling off of our home coast, and in support of the Coastal Conservation League, this session IPA is a refreshing easy-drinker with a floral nose, and lots of hop flavor from two of our favorites: Citra and Mosaic. HIGHCOUNTRY PALE ALE It wasn’t long ago when an “all-Carolina” beer was nothing more than a pipe dream. But thanks to some savvy farmers in North Carolina, we were able to get pretty damned close with Highcountry Pale Ale. A double dose of Centennial, Warrior, Chinook and cascade in the boil and the dry-hop impart massive citrus notes to the beer, backed up by pale and wheat malts. When we add cilantro, jalapeno, and pineapple to this, it becomes Muy Amigo IPA. For Brewvival 2015, we took Muy Amigo and aged it in tequila barrels for 4 months.

Washout Wheat. Named for a locally-loved section of Folly Beach, Washout Wheat is an excellent hot weather beer, and our first wheat beer. We checked the overdone spice additions of coriander and orange peel at the door, and instead let the wheat and the yeast work their respective magic. SPARKLY PRINCESS

What kind of fairy tale would it be if it didn’t have its own Sparkly Princess? We decided to kettle-sour an IPA, to make something hoppy, tart and full of citrus. We used Eldorado as the bittering hop and then we dry-hopped it with even more of the stuff, giving it a mouth-watering hop-nose. Crisp and refreshing, weighing in at 6.6%

MADAM BASIL

They’ve done this at their respective breweries, and we were thrilled to pitch in as well. For their day at Holy City, 14 women came together to brew Madam Basil, a saison brewed with the namesake herb. The basil is subtle, completing the fruity aroma from the saison yeast instead of overpowering it. Balanced and proper, like the name

suggests.

BAKER AND BREWER

Baker and Brewer is the collaborative efforts of Holy City Brewing and EVO Pizzeria and Craft Bakery. The two of us have partnered on several different projects over the past decade, and we’re pleased to announce our joint Downtown location at 94 Stuart Street, boasting a five-barrel brewhouse, commercial and craft bakery, and a restaurant featuring delicacies from EVO Pizzeria’s kitchen
