I was about to go into a meeting of the Serious Crime Analysis Section of the UK’s National Crime Faculty, but as I entered the room I was pulled to one side by my boss who, with a face white with shock, told me that Jill Dando had been murdered – shot dead on her doorstep as she walked to her front door. I was about to go into a meeting of the Serious Crime Analysis Section of the UK’s National Crime Faculty, but as I entered the room I was pulled to one side by my boss who, with a face white with shock, told me that Jill Dando had been murdered – shot dead on her doorstep as she walked to her front door. IPSO: FIVE YEARS OF FAILURE It has not processed a single arbitration claim. Hacked Off has worked with the victims of press abuse throughout this period to hold IPSO to account, and campaign for it to abide by the recognition auditing system recommended by Leveson.
