We employ teams of experts with experience in geological investigation, prospecting and surveying, allowing for an extremely accurate area selection and dependable resource evaluation. Combining the latest techniques and technologies with an in-depth historical knowledge of the regions geology, our teams are among the best in the industry. Exploration activities include the use of Total Station surveys, core drilling, modelling of survey data, and detailed core analyses. This marriage of technological and intellectual resources allows reliable estimation of probable and proved reserves based on multidimensional analyses.

We combine the use of state-of-the-art loaders and excavators with training methods and maintenance checks that are the envy of the industry. We employ modern techniques to reduce waste and suppress dust and have long carried out a program to replant forests and mitigate stress to the environment.

We have extensive experience in iron-ore processing, and can meet the specifications of the most discerning buyers. We have expertise in size reduction, sizing separation, classification, magnetic separation and dry-solids handling. For decades, we have been at the forefront of innovation in India. We were the first to include a high-gradient magnetic separator in our  process flow, thus reaching the upper limits of recovery technology. In addition to in-plant processes, we deploy mobile dry processing units at numerous locations to provide high-grade run-of-mine ore directly for haulage to customers.

In utilising extensive surface and marine networks of rail, truck, barge, and other components, the Alliance has provided elements of flexibility and reliability to its operations. Our ability in connecting mines and plant sites to multiple transfer terminals has played an essential role in meeting the needs of buyers.
