Production Value is a workshop that can assist European Producers and Directors to address all issues involved in the budgeting & scheduling of their future projects. INT. Evening. If you have a feature film or a limited series project with a medium-range or high budget, a complex shoot and sophisticated post-production, or just a film with THE PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP Film professionals regularly face difficult relationships, misunderstandings and conflicts, many of which are caused by unskilful communication, especially between different cultures. These circumstances are endured with surprising passivity considering the fact that they cost a great deal of energy and affect the quality of

the films.

PRODUCTION VALUE

Production Value is a training initiative that aims to challenge such a situation. It postulates that Line Producers/Production Managers and Assistant Directors can provide creative solutions when given the bare facts of any production early enough and clearly enough. That is why Producers and Directors should consider them as creative partners

Overtime is paid in three different rates depending on the circumstances. Rate 1: 1/94 of the monthly pay 1/5 of daily pay. Weekdays 07-21. Rate 2: 1/82 of the monthly pay ¼ of daily pay. All other times and weekends. Rate 3: 1/75 of the monthly pay 1/3 of daily pay. Overtime not notified in time, due to unforeseen events.
