The Centre for Social Impact believes identifying, evaluating and communicating best practice in the delivery of social outcomes is essential to create meaningful and sustained change. THE STATE OF HOMELESSNESS IN AUSTRALIA'S CITIES Authors: Paul Flatau, Katie Tyson, Zoe Callis, Ami Seivwright, Emily Box, Lobna Rouhani, Sze-Wan Ng, Noah Lester, Daniel Firth.
