Our initial 18-month pilot program began in the fall of 2014 with 19 Leaders. Only 6 of the 19 were employed more than 20 hours per week and the remaining 13 averaged a monthly income of $186.50. At the program’s completion, this group collectively averaged a monthly income of $1,717 – an 818% increase!

Well connected to sources of funding, particularly in Denver and Colorado. Actively involved in a biblical Christian church and have a strong pastoral reference. ALUMNI: CHANGE AGENCY What is the alumni change Agency?. Change Agency is a nine-month idea incubator and accelerator program for CrossPurpose alumni. Through our rigorous course, we provide tools, training, and coaching to help alumni develop ideas, businesses, projects, or non-profit organizations that give back to CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS DENVER Land Your Career. You will work with your Career Coach to research available positions, apply and interview for those positions, and land your first job in your new career field. Our goal is that you can find a career that pays at least $15/hour, has advancement opportunities, and provides employment benefits.

Jason co-founded CrossPurpose with Juan in 2008, influenced greatly by spending his childhood and adolescence in poverty. Jason’s passion for social entrepreneurship and serving the poor is satisfied through his role as CEO where he builds our staff team, sets the organizational culture, and raises funds. PROGRAM DIRECTOR

This position does require Wednesday evening hours, and occasional weekends. The starting pay range is $62,000 – 86,400 per year depending on qualifications, with a potential for a 5% performance bonus, and increasing salary as the size of your program and staff grow.
