Infinity House responds to changing climatic conditions through natural ventilation in all directions, two integral fish ponds, vegetation that cools the summer breeze, and large awnings and timber screening that shade the living areas while providing privacy.. Public spaces to the east are separated from private spaces to the west by a central structural zone. WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE HOUSE Built within a rejuvenated heritage façade of rendered masonry, steel, timber and greenery, the Welcome to the Jungle House is situated in an inner-city heritage conservation area typified by late Victorian row terrace housing and post-industrial warehouse conversions. A two-storey shop top house in disrepair and close to collapse originally occupied the 90sqm triangular site. AQUAS PERMA SOLAR FIRMA The result is AQUAS PERMA SOLAR FIRMA – a beautiful, small footprint home which has reinvented the terrace typology and lifestyle. Vertical circulation is shifted to the front façade and a circular stair is formed by an array of glass and timber battens which doubles as an internal garden. The house combines innovative architectural design SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE Living Screen House. Hosting 40 photovoltaic panels, Living Screen House produces approximately 14,500 kWh annually, reducing the energy bills of the owners by a considerable amount. The 10kW system is composed of forty 260 watt panels, each with a microinverter to ensure the maximum output of the system year-round. Living Screen House. Living Screen House is an enduring residence located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The client’s brief was for a home which could be a springboard for entertaining as well as a private retreat for their family of five. A key requirement of the house was to make it easier for the owners to do the things they loveHOUSE OF PARTS
Located in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, House of Parts was designed for a family with four children under the age of six. The client’s approached CplusC seeking flexible and diverse spaces and for the functions of these spaces to be changeable over time. Additionally, the planning was informed by the local climatic and site conditions.IRON MAIDEN HOUSE
Iron Maiden House was designed for a family of five who wanted a home which celebrated the Sydney climate after returning from many years living in Hong Kong.. The design delivers generous living and entertaining areas which flow to outdoor areas at ground level, while an elevated external corridor connects the children’s bedrooms which have outlook onto green spaces and the swimming pool. TENNYSON POINT RESIDENCE The Tennyson Point Residence is a sustainable solution that worked within the bones of a solid, well-constructed waterfront house. This home is arranged over four levels that cascade from street level down to the water’s edge through a series of lofty indoor and ST. ALBANS | SUSTAINABLE SYDNEY ARCHITECTS | CPLUSC The interior materials are predominantly timber, creating a warm, innately natural atmosphere.
