Over 5.2 million children are bereaved, and the number more than doubles by age 25, to 13.2 million. Comfort Zone gives these children a place where they can be around other kids and adults that get it while learning VOLUNTEERS - COMFORT ZONE CAMP Comfort Zone is powered by our tremendous volunteer base. Volunteers from our local communities (and beyond!) are a key ingredient in both the success of the children who come to our programs and in keeping our programs free of charge to all who attend. All volunteers are thoroughly screened and must attend a volunteer training session and submit a background check. A wide range of volunteer EVENTS FOR APRIL 2021 We are anticipating holding in-person camps in 2021. We will be monitoring the guidelines for COVID in each state and if necessary,

When you go to camp, you will meet a ton of kids who have been through similar things you have.
